Summer MACC Meeting

This is a friendly reminder that the Mid-America Conference of Clubs (MACC) Summer Meeting will be held this Tuesday, June 16, at 7:00 PM Central Time via Zoom.

During the meeting, we’ll hear updates from the Executive Board and committees, discuss ongoing initiatives to strengthen MACC, and review several important organizational topics. Highlights include:

• 🏦 Treasurer and banking transition updates
• 📜 Progress on organizing and preserving MACC historical records
• 🏛️ Discussion of MACC’s EIN and nonprofit status
• 💳 Exploration of electronic payment options for dues and other transactions
• 📊 Financial sustainability and long-term planning
• 🤝 Outreach efforts and strategies to increase the value of MACC membership
• 🏍️ A potential collaboration with the Atlantic Motorcycle Coordinating Council (AMCC) to preserve and document our shared history

As always, we encourage every member club to participate and share updates about upcoming events and initiatives. Your involvement and feedback help ensure that MACC continues to serve and support clubs throughout our region.
