The Mid America Conference of Clubs (MACC) is a volunteer organization of leather and Levi clubs. We collect only what we need to answer questions and run the calendar. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t run advertising on this site.
Visiting this website
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites.
Contacting us
If you send a message through the form on the home page, we collect the name and email address you enter, along with your message, so the MACC officers can reply. Messages go to the MACC officers by email. We use them only to answer you.
Submitting an event
The event form asks for your name, email address and optionally a phone number so the events team can reach you with questions and email you a confirmation. Your contact details aren’t shown on the website. The event information you submit (name, date, place, description and graphic) is published on the calendar once it’s approved. Submissions are kept in a private MACC Google Sheet that only the events team can see.
Who sees your information
Only the MACC officers and volunteers who need it to answer you or run the calendar, and the services that carry out those jobs for us (Google for the forms and email, and Cloudflare for visit counts). We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.
Member club information
Club pages and the calendar show information the clubs have chosen to make public, such as a club’s website, contact email and events. If your club would like something changed or removed, email us.
Asking us to remove your information
Email president@midamericaconferenceofclubs.org and tell us what you’d like removed or changed. We’ll take care of it.
